*Return Policy*

**Satisfaction Guarantee**

*South Central Diesel, Inc. would like for you to shop with confidence and ease of mind. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, as you our customers are the most important part of our business. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason, return the item within 30 days from the date received for either an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. Shipping however is not refundable. South Central Diesel, Inc. is not responsible for the repayment of any labor. RMA #'s are only valid for 14 days. After 14 days customers have to request and have a new RMA # approved for the product.

*Defective Items*

In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer error, South Central Diesel, Inc. will go above and beyond to resolve the issue in a formal and timely manner. Follow our return Procedures below to easily handle any returns or give us a call at 1-(800)-228-8482 with any questions you may have.

*Damaged Items*

South Central Diesel, Inc. believes UPS is among the best shipping agencies around! However, in the event a package appears to be damaged in any way during shipping, please refuse shipment of the item and follow our Return Procedure listed below.

*Exchanges*

Any item returned in new condition (which would include original packaging, the proper paperwork, complete hardware, and all instructions) may be returned for exchange. A restocking fee of 5%-25% will be charged per the discretion of South Central Diesel, Inc. on all exchanges.

*Warranty*

Some of the products carried by South Central Diesel, Inc. are not directly manufactured by South Central Diesel, Inc. products that are carried but not manufactured here are not always offered with a warranty under us. In this case customers should contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims. If you need warranty assistance on any product you have purchased please contact the manufacturer of that product directly or contact us by filling out a contact form on scdperformance.com leaving your phone number and email address and a short description of what is needing to be done in the comment box or give us a call at 1-(800)-228-8482.

*Return Procedure*

1. Complete the Easy Contact Us form listed under Contact Us at scdperformance.com and write Return Request with information about the return in the comment box leaving your email and phone number in the form.

2. Within 24-48 hours a representative from South Central Diesel, Inc. will contact you either via e-mail or phone call.

3. Our returns department will then issue a RMA # and instruct you on what the next steps will be to complete the return.

*RMA #'s are only valid for 14 days. After 14 days the customer will have to request and have a new RMA # approved by a South Central Diesel, Inc. representative.

4. You must then prepare your item for shipment.

a. All returns must be packaged securely in an outer parcel with the original packaging intact.

b. DO NOT write on the original product packaging. You may only write on the outside shipping parcel.

c. Returned product must be in new, sellable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, instructions etc.

d. Always keep your tracking number until the return process is finalized.

5. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of anywhere from 5%-25% will be processed to the customer.

6. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the returning of the products. Original shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer. If any item is deemed defective upon receipt by the customer, South Central Diesel, Inc. will provide a pre-paid return label. Once we have confirmed the package is in transit, we will ship you a replacement.

*Reasons/Circumstances a credit will not be issued:*

*Product has already been installed
*Product is damaged from an attempted installation
*Product is missing parts, manuals, or original packaging
*Seal on electrical part is damaged or missing
*Product serial number does not match the original serial number shipped to the buyer
*Product is deemed unable to be resold due to customers actions.
*Special Orders are not returnable or refundable this includes but is not limited to (all electrical components such as sensors, EFI Live, custom tuners, and scanning tools)
*South Central Diesel, Inc. will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance.

**Special restrictions apply to some of our manufacturers.**

*S&B requires a 15% restocking fee on any returned item. This is S&B's policy and out of South Central Diesel, Inc. control.
